Software as a Service (SaaS) : AIMS is offered through a Software as a Service model. The benefits of this service free users from having to install and configure the software, regular security updates and patches from RayyMedia, and backups. In addition this services eliminates the need to purchase and maintain equiptment or pay for technical staff. Your laboratory or group account will receive its own dedicated database so there is no risk of others gaining access to your data. Once your group account is setup, users can be added though your administrator account. Pricing is $10/month per user, payable on a yearly basis. There is a one time $100 group account setup fee. Pricing assumes average number of animals maintained is less than 300. A nominal charge applies for animal in excess of 300. No annual contract, cancel at any time for a prorated refund.
